These are tips that we could give you on a routine visit. However, our advisory service does not start when you have a breakdown. But from the moment you contact us.

For this reason, we strive to ensure that our clients know what type of installation they have, how to keep it in optimal conditions and what maintenance is necessary to extend its useful life.

We want them to know what they have in their hands, and to take care of it in the best way possible.

INSTALLATION

For us, an installation is not just putting in the machine that the client demands. Part of our job consists of listening, evaluating and proposing the installation that best suits the needs of each client.

Whether in the areas of cold, heat, washing or air conditioning, an installation is for us a project, which we address together with the client.

MAINTENANCE

In our case, we always see prevention as more necessary than repair. Therefore, maintenance is a key piece in our advisory service. The characteristics of our island mean that many facilities stop being used in winter, so we encourage you to also take these periods of inactivity into account, and not have surprises when restarting machinery before a new tourist season. Preventive maintenance interventions can save a lot of trouble, money and time.

REPAIRS

However, machines, like humans, are not infallible. For this reason, we are also at the side of customers who need a corrective repair.

We evaluate why the failure occurred, give advice on how to avoid it again and review the operation and maintenance of the machinery so that repairs are reduced to a minimum, despite use.
